about me

I’m Kristin Vanderlip—a writer, artist, and creative entrepreneur passionate about using creativity as a source of healing and hope. Over the past decade, I’ve built a multifaceted business that includes published journals (Rest: A Journal for Lament and Rise: A Journal for Perseverance), virtual workshops, coaching programs, an online writing collective (Pen & Mend), original artwork, and more!

I hold degrees in English and Education from the University of Illinois and have pursued additional studies in theology, creative writing, and communications at Yale and Stanford. I’ve navigated everything from finding manufacturers to building an online presence to selling creative work directly.
