a supportive space to help you write the words you long to write
The Spring Sessions
6-week group coaching for writers
Does this sound familiar?
You feel called to write—but struggle to stick with it.
The voice of your inner critic is so loud that it drowns out your writing voice.
Writing keeps falling to the back burner in your life.
Inner resistance shows up as fear, avoidance, perfectionism, or self-doubt, and it can feel paralyzing.
You can't shake the longing to write, and it's finally time to do something about it.
You want to write from a place of depth, belief, and wholeheartedness.
You want your writing life to look different this year: write more words, find momentum, and have more follow-through to finish your writing projects.
It's time for you to get the meaningful support you deserve.
If writing has been calling to you—
If you’re tired of starting and stopping—
If you want to write in a way that feels life-giving and sustainable—
The Spring Sessions Group Coaching Program is for you.
When you join, here's what you'll get…
01
WEEKLY GROUP COACHING calls + individualized support WITH certified writing coach, KRISTIN Vanderlip
Find accountability and support during our 90-minute live Zoom gatherings each week. You'll have an opportunity to check in, journal and reflect, receive encouragement, and set intentional focus for the week ahead. Each week's session will feature one writer, who will have a dedicated time for focused support. Everyone will benefit from witnessing and sharing insights in the group setting.
02
real-time communal co-writing space
Each weekly coaching call will end with an optional co-writing space so you can stay and actually write while the energy and accountability are there.
03
keep the momentum going between sessions with optional journaling & READINGS
Between calls, you’ll be invited to journal daily and engage with optional reflections or readings that support your inner work and writing practice. You'll build trust and develop a rhythm of tending to your writing without the pressure to keep up or do it all.

“I was in a tough place when it came to my writing and the many life transitions…. Kristin’s [group coaching program] provided a unique and fun opportunity to tiptoe back into writing for the sake of writing for me… The small community formed over the course of sessions, Kristin’s generous and gentle coaching, and the accountability to show up to the page allowed me to step back into my writing with a new lease and energy.”

faq
What are the dates and times for the live Zoom calls?
The program will run from March 16th to April 27th, with 6 live sessions held on Mondays at noon PT / 3 pm ET. (March 16, 23, 30, (by week), April 13, 20, 27).
What type of writer is this program for? What level of experience is required?
Spring Sessions is for writers of all ages and genres, whether you're writing essays on Substack, guest pieces for submission, writing poetry or a book proposal, or just trying to (re)connect with your writing voice and practice. This program is best suited for writers just starting their practice, returning after a season away, or seasoned writers in need of extra support and focus.
What is the weekly time commitment?
Live group coaching calls are 90 minutes long, with an optional 30-minute writing session. Between the weekly calls, you'll be encouraged to journal or write daily and to complete optional readings. While participation between sessions is flexible and optional, the more you engage, the more you’ll get out of the program.
What if I can’t attend a live session? Will there be replays?
Yes, replays will be available. However, I strongly encourage you to register only if you can attend the majority of the live sessions to get the most from your experience. The live component is where the real magic happens—offering real-time support, connection, and the opportunity to engage deeply and personally with the material and the community. While replays allow you to revisit the content, nothing can fully replace the experience of showing up in real time.
Do you feel the same way?
Whether self-doubt, perfectionism, or life’s hardships have left you disconnected from your voice or writing practice, this program offers a nurturing space to help you heal, grow, and cultivate a practice that works for you.
If writing feels more like a burden than a source of life lately, if you’ve been waiting for permission to write the words you want to write, or if you're healing from a creative rejection or wound, this invitation is for you.
Whether you’re just beginning or have been writing for years, you’ll find support, structure, and encouragement to deepen your practice in a way that feels meaningful and sustainable within a small, intimate community of writers who get it.
